About Sister Card Club

TOO MANY GIRLS DON’T KNOW THEIR AMAZING WORTH AND POWER.

WHAT IF THEY DISCOVER THEIR SELF WORTH, UNDERSTAND WHO THEY ARE, AND HAVE A VISION FOR THEIR OWN BRIGHT FUTURE?

The Sister Card Club is dedicated to making sure that today’s young girls are given the tools and permission to become the BEST possible version of themselves.

We accomplish this by helping girls, between . . .

As a member of the Sister Card Club, the girls embark on an intentional journey to know themselves, which gives them the positive self-esteem and confidence that helps them become successful citizens of their communities.

Club participants will acquire the life skills, resources, empowerment, and permission necessary to become and be confident, self-loving, growth-oriented, civic-minded, young ladies.

It is designed to give girls a rite of passage providing direction and support to achieve specific, and important milestones in their social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. A participant in the club will complete specific benchmarks demonstrating her knowledge and understanding of the responsibility that comes with being an adult.

We would consider it an honor to have the girls in your life become members of this forward moving sisterhood.

Testimonials

  • Mrs. Newton led Sister Card Club at Overby-Sheppard Elementary School for 3 years. This club had an extremely positive impact on the girls who participated. They learned about responsibility, respect, and manners, and throughout the year they transformed into lovely young ladies. Most importantly, the girls gained a sense of belonging and an invaluable amount of confidence that they will carry with them throughout their lives.

  • With gratitude I celebrate the work of Mrs. Lindafaye. Her passion and hunger to empower youth by helping them in understanding their worth, power and purpose ignites the atmosphere. Her innovative methods also helped our students recognize that every form of and participation in social media is a building block in shaping their personal brand and personal image.

  • I really enjoyed attending Ms. Lindafaye's "From the Dorm Room to the Board Room" presentation. She helped me to realize that the corporate and professional world is going to be very different from college life. More importantly, I realized that I need to start today in preparing for that world. Her tips on how to begin that process are invaluable.
